Nikko Jujitsu will be hosting a Kata and Freestyle Self-Defense Tournament.
In Kata competion, you and a partner will demonstrate your skill at executing those techniques that represent the core of Jujitsu. In Freestyle Self-Defense, you and a partner will each perform a short demonstration of a defense against an attack. The choice of the attack and the defense against are all up to you. It's up to you and your partner to showcase your talents. BTW, enter both Kata and Freestyle competitions, and you don't have to have the same partner in each event! Share the fun!
